ACHIEVEMENTS

County/State/Provincial/National level experience:-Selected for county at 12 (a year young)-Selected for region at 13 (a year young) also at 14 and 15.-Nominated for England u16 Trials at 14 (a year young)-Selected for U17 Performance Centre Challenge Cup in 2022 (effectively England scouting event formerly called Futures Cup) finished in second place.-Selected for newly launched regional Talent Academy (Top 25 girls between 15 and 18 in the region. Highest level of Talent pathway before England selection).

PERSONAL STATEMENT

“Lauren was selected for the Hockey Mentors High Performance Programme and U18 1XI indoor and outdoor teams. This is a scheme for talented juniors who don’t have the option to play hockey at school. There are England juniors in the team so the standard is high. The organizers arrange fixtures with top hockey boarding schools and universities and arrange mentoring support from GB players. Lauren was also selected to play indoor hockey with 3 England u21 players at a recent women's national indoor hockey tournament, where they won a bronze medal.”‍
